Gasthaus und Pension Bauernhausl Mirko Taubrich in Stadt Wehlen

The inn is currently the only good one in Wehlen. The daily ticket to translate was also worthwhile. The beer is well tapped and the glasses are clean. There are four types of draft beer - commendable. The goulash - was okay, smaller pieces were a bit dry, larger ones were good. The sauce wasn't bad either, the portion size could have been a bit bigger. The apple strudel afterwards was delicious and could have been a little warmer. The sauerbraten the following day was really good. The red cabbage was well seasoned and smelled of cloves, the gravy had a Christmassy touch, the meat tender and not dry. Dumplings to the point and the portion perfectly fine! The pancake with blueberries (in this case blueberry jam) was good, the jam was so tasty that you didn't need fresh blueberries either. In addition, the pancake was bedded on a vanilla pudding and nicely decorated. The service was direct and competent. A total of 4/5 points, if you want something hearty, you should grab the sauerbraten! Small criticism: The radio is playing in the background. The intermittent language contributions are a bit annoying. - I would like to see a good playlist or a music only radio station here. At least in the evening.

The food was ok, nothing special. Unfortunately, the hygiene concept is not observed by the host. We felt more threatened than comfortable.

We spent a wonderful weekend in this pension. The rooms are very nicely decorated and very clean. The staff is friendly across the board. The breakfast is plentiful and there is something for every taste. The menu at dinner was plentiful. It was delicious. Farmer gang, keep it up. We will be back definitely

Super Service!!! We were there spontaneously today, and the waitress opened the lower level with the tables especially for us, was quick and attentive! TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!

We only had a very nice meal here. We hadn't made a reservation, but they arranged for us to be able to eat in an extra room. From our guesthouse across the street with the ferry to get here is easy. From the terrace a view over the Elbe.

The Bauernhäusl is one of the most beautiful and cozy inns in the city of Wehlen. The ambience, the great hospitality and the excellent and courteous service (Steffen Keil - so friendly and helpful!) Made us very satisfied guests for 3 days. In Stadt Wehlen it is more than difficult to have dinner after 6 p.m. - corona-related? We were all the more impressed by the regional dishes and special offers. Thanks again! And on our next stay we will certainly try to book rooms there!

Great restaurant, where the price / performance ratio is right, attentive waiter, delicious food, we'd love to come back.

Were there at 5.30 p.m., which was just enough to get a table in the garden area. Simple food, practically better snack quality a la beer garden: Wiener schnitzel, breaded pollack fillet, lumberjack steak and goulash. Nice restaurant with an unobstructed view of the Elbe. We had the chicken salad, which I can only call "under all pig". Apart from the fact that almost all tomatoes and cucumbers were on my plate (the other plate was lean in this regard), the salad was poorly dressed, the chicken looked like molded meat and the baguette that came with it would have been lightly toasted. Overall completely wrong in terms of taste. In summary: better beer garden with simple dishes. The salad is not recommended. The salvation of honor was the courteous service of the young man, who at least offered a replacement. But we did without because we were already "full" after this bankruptcy. In principle 1 star, because of the great view and the good service one point more.

We wanted to eat there spontaneously after the hike. The staff can't be beat for rudeness. I felt like in east times. I don't queue to laugh and then allow myself to be placed or rejected. I'd rather go somewhere else right away. The gentlemen restaurateurs should consider that there will also be a time after corona and angry guests will never come back. Then they sit there and howl how bad they are - I say rightly.

Seldom been served so unfriendly. One was almost glad that one could be present! Simply unbelievable that you can actually allow yourself that as a restaurateur.

The terrace has a wonderful view of the Elbe. The conditions were very friendly and the food was quickly at the table, but unfortunately the schnitzel was dry and the fries were not crispy. The menu of the day; Breaded sheep cheese with salad was ok.

The food was ok but the service was one of the worsts. Unkind, unhelpful. We found two hairs in our food and were accused by the waitress that they were ours (!!!) I wouldn't recommend. There are plenty other beer gartens in the area, you don't need to choose this one

Great location. Outside. When it rains - then (only) indoors and there very uncomfortably. Food at school level in terms of taste and higher / high quality in terms of price - does not fit.

Repeat offenders ... and despite the hygiene requirements, it was great! I would especially like to highlight the cleanliness in the whole house, this is thanks to the careful and friendly ladies! Dear farmer gang ... we'd love to come back! ♡

Four of us were on vacation with a dog. Very nice staff. Price performance ratio is right. I can recommend the Gasthaus und Pension Bauernhäusl.

You get the three stars for the beautiful rooms and the great view. Unfortunately, service and friendliness are not considered so high and the kitchen produces a lot of frozen food. The highlight was that for the ordered french fries a surcharge for ketchup and mayonnaise was asked. There are things you can work up to get five stars.

In search of a suitable place for a nice dinner we came across the Bauernhäusl. From the optics of the inn and the guesthouse we were already very pleased. After a quick look at the map, we decided to have our supper here. Our requests were received immediately and a short time Later our ordered drinks were on the table. The food was not long in coming. The food was faultless, it was fresh and delicious. We felt very well taken care of and it will certainly not be the last time we went there.

Tasty dishes, reasonable portions, nice service, recognizable fresh ingredients and preparation, so you wish a guest house ...
